Global Passenger Terminal and Silk Pavilion
As part of GTI’s development commitment to SBMA, it constructed the Global Passenger Terminal for Cruise Ships, with a multi-purpose auditorium dubbed as the Silk Pavilion which can be used to accommodate conferences and other occasions. These two major structures have a combined seating capacity of 300 to 500 persons.
Global Promenade
The Global Promenade Building is located along Samson Avenue at the Central Business District of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
It is a two-storey commercial building which currently retains commercial spaces and condominium units on the second floor.
Segara Villa & Segara Suites
Segara Villas and Suites is a serene boutique hotel. The stylish, Bali-inspired theme villas are housed in a quiet area along the Waterfront Road of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The hotel comes with a restaurant, pool and spa.
Alava Quay Global Commercial Building
The Alava Quay Building is located along Waterfront Road, beside the Alava Pier Gate 1. The single storey commercial building is currently occupied by twelve (12) tenants engaged into: bar and grill restaurant, money exchange, retail and wholesale trading, tug services, construction and transport service.
