Since 2003, Global Terminals and Development, Incorporated have been operating the former US Navy Ship Repair Facility (SRF Compound) a key Port Facility in Subic Bay which included Alava Pier, Rivera Pier and Bravo Wharf. Now called Global Industrial Park, this Private Port Facility is vital logistical berth to all US and Non-US Navy Ships calling port to Subic Bay.

Part of being the Private Port Facility Operator, GTI provides Solid Waste Collection, Sewage Collection (CHT) for vessels, Oily Waste Collection, Port Security, Line Handling Services and Stevedoring Services for all types of vessels and cargo.

Global Terminals and Development, Incorporated (GTI)'s entire facility inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone covers an estimated land mass of 17.117 Hectares of the former US Navy Ship Repair Facility (US Navy SRF), for Industrial, Marine and Commercial use.
The development plan includes the construction of commercial buildings, condominium, hotels, offices, warehouses, and a cruise ship passenger terminal. A Multi-purpose auditorium is utilized for seminars and other functions with a combined seating capacity of 300 to 500 persons.
GTI is one of the biggest property developers and leasing companies in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The Global Industrial Park is also home to several business locators in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone such as Ship Building and Repair, Boat and Small Craft Building, Manufacturing Companies, Fabrication Companies, Tugs and Salvage Companies, Warehousing and other business offices.
